2. Hosting and server logs
Our hosting provider automatically processes technically necessary access data (IP address, access time, requested page, browser/user agent, referrer). These data are required for secure delivery of the site and are not combined with other sources. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are deleted after 14 days at the latest.

Purpose and legal basis
We use these data solely to inform you by email about the pongo launch and relevant project news. Legal basis: your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Double opt-in
You receive a confirmation email with a link. Your signup only becomes active once you click that link.
Withdrawal and retention
You can withdraw consent at any time. The following deletion rules apply (daily cron job):
- Unconfirmed signups: deleted after 30 days without confirmation.
- Unsubscribes: deleted 30 days after unsubscribing.
- After launch: full deletion 6 months after the planned launch (2027-03-01), unless further consent is given.

5. Fonts
All fonts are hosted locally. No data is sent to third parties.
6. No cookies, no tracking
This website does not set consent-requiring cookies and uses no analytics or tracking.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent.
You may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Die Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen, Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hannover, Germany.
